The front door and garage interior door code is the last 4 digits of the registered guest's phone number. This will be your "key" for access to and from the house.
To unlock the front door using the keyless lock, press "Yale", the numbers will light up, enter your 4-digit code, then press the checkmark. To lock the doors when leaving, press "Yale" and you will hear the lock engage.
The WIFI password will be the registered guest's full 10 digit phone number example 8005550000.

We do allow pets, but they must be house broken and cleaned up after by guest.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy is negotiable under some circumstances.
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in
If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, guest will receive 50% refund
Cancel 7 days prior to check-in balance is nonrefundable.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
